"Julia's Bureau," founded by the lato W. T. Stead, has been restarted by Lady Lewis (widow of Sir Herbert Lewis) in Dorset square, assisted by Miss Estelle Stead.
J. Hango, one of Stead's most trusted mediums, will bo the link between the living and tho dead.
