Welsh Nonconformists' remonstrances against the disendow merit clauses of the Welsh Church Disestablishment Bill contain 103,224 signatures, but Mr Asqnith has again declined to receive a deputation headed by the promoters of the remonstrances, on the ground that the proper constitutional coarse '3 to petition the House"" of Common* through the Homo Office.
