A MOBILE FORCE

A military correspondent who observed the intelligence and dash displayed at the nightly drills of the Ulster volunteers, declares it probable that the whole of tho volunteer forces could be mobilised and concentrated anywhere in Ulster in shorter timothan the British Regulars require to mobilise in.
