WE have received instructions (in conjunction with MESSRS MATSON and CO.) from MR JOHN GARDTIsER, to OFFER for SALE by PUBLIC AUCTION, in our LAND SALEROOM, corner of Cashel and Madras streets, oa the above date— His Well-known All Round Farm, containing 600 acres and situated at Pendarves, being seven miles from Chextsey and ton miles from Rakaia. The property is in splendid heart/ sabdivided into nine paddocks, all well fenced and watered, 150 acres sown down with oats, 75 acres of oat stubble, 28 acres Danish oats for green feed, balance in three and four-year-old grass. The improvements consist of Dwellinghouse of five rooms, scullery, washhouse, copper, coalhouse, six-stall stable (new), chaffhouse, also two and five stall stable, sheep yards, and dip. There are good plantations about the property, and about two acres of bluegums, and will grow 30 bushels of wheat and from 60 to 70 bushels of oats to the acre.
