Yesterday there was a largo attendance at the Rangiora sale. In the stock yards th© entry was 8732 sheep, of which 4503 were rat, 72 cattle, and 186 pigs. CLEARING SALE AT EIFFELTON. Messrs Friedlander Bros., in conjunction with the National Mortgage and Agency Co., held a clearing sale at Eiffelton, Longbeach district, on Monday, on behalf of the trustees in the estate of the late Mr Matthew Stitt and Mr J. R. Hart. There was a large attendance. Bidding was very keen, and every lot submitted was disposed of at good prices.
