Sir John Fuller, formerly Governor of Victoria, in a letter to the Press comparing Ulster's case to that of West Australia, says:—'Had West Australia been threatened with definite inclusion, in the Common wealth, whether or not she liked it, she would not in all r>robabili.ty to-day be playinc her important part within the Commonwealth."
