Sir,—l suggest to the local Reform organiser that he have copies of the member for Riccarton's Kaiapoi speech struck off and posted to every elector in the Riccarton district, if thy electors have that genera! disiike of matter in the wrong place which most people have, the resurt would be gratifying bota to Mr Fisher'aud the Reform Party when the general election comes round. Even I was staggered—Yours, etc., BARGEE.
P.S. —The organiser must, however, arrange for delivery by hand, as the Post Office regulations are rather particular about what shall pass through tho Post.
