ASHBURTOX FARMERS' CO-OP. CLUB. Tho annual meeting- cf the Ashburton Farmers' Co-op. Hockoy Club waa held on Wednesday evening, when Mr H. A. uumpbreyti presided. The report and balancesheet were read and adopted. The following officers wore then elected:—Patron, president, •nd vic»-presiUents -were re-elected; captain. Ur Jas. Brown; vice-captain, Mr E. Scales; secretary, Mr 11. T. Hodgson; assistant secretary, jtr D. Moore; committee, Messrs O. Moore, 3." Beauvr.:*, H. Sarney, and T. Weir. Mr H. A. — liuiphreys was appointed sole selector, and Messrs Brown and Weir were appoint deletrateo to. the Hcckey Association, and Mr Humphreys referee. The openjnjf day wbs fixed fcr March 26th. jir .Roberts'* trophy for the most improved player was voted to A. Lees.
