Bmins. (including time delayed on account of mob of sheep, ismins.), entered the Reliability Trial against ail makesj and achieved the Wonderful Performance entitling it to First Place of Honour, both as regards reliability and petrol consumption. RELIABILITY—iooo marks. Gold Medal. PETROL CONSUMPTION FOR JOURNEY— ggals. iqt. 150 Z., equal to 28f miles to one gallon of petrol. (The nearest petrol consumption to this was 11 gals. 2qts.) This Car was one of a shipment, and we are prepared I to put up the same performance with any standard model arriving. OVERLAND On the closing day of entries, the North Island Agents (Hatrick & Co.) instructed us to enter an Overland Touring Car (fully equipped) for exhibition of Hillclimbing. The Car was immediately unpacked and put on the road, achieving a most wonderful performance for an untested car, and beating all others on the run home, over hills, &c, by over 1 hour. Only three Cars had a non-stop run on the severe second day trial, the Overland and Hupp being among the number. CONTINENTAL TYRES Giving absolute satisfaction, were used on both Cars. N.Z.
