WILSON'S TRIUMPH.
LONDON, March 7. The "Daily Telegraph's" New York correspondent says that Mr Roosevelt in all his long-winded messages to Congress, sometimes two thousand words in length, never achieved such a triumph as Mr Wilson's 490 words. Apart from Hearst's Press, the American newspapers acclaim President Wilson's honesty, courago, and statesmanship.
