(PRBSS ASSOCIATION TELEGItAM.) NEW PLYMOUTH, March 4. The Taranaki (New Zealand) Oil Wells, Ltd., Rotary bore commenced to flow oil about nine o'clock this morning. There was a tremendous gas pressure. Tho oil flow is increasing hourly, and indications .ire very promising, '.there is no sign of fljMxling by water. The Mcssts Ollivier Bros, inform us that the bore of the Christchurch-heid Phoenix Company is just five chains from the Rotary Bore, and is down 2100 feet. It will shortly be down to tho same depth as the Rotary, wliich is the fifth or sixth of the Taranaki Oil Wells, Ltd., bores, and is down from 23C0 to 2400 feet.
