WAIAU.
Tho Loyal Waiau Lodge held a social on Friday. There was a fair attendance, and an enjoyable evening was spent. Several Culverden friends attended the social, coming up by motor bus. During the evening G.M. Bro. McKie presented P.G. Bro. C. Oldman with a Grand Master's certificate, and N.G. Bro. Smale presented P.G. Bro. Mockott witli a similar certificate on behclf of the lodge. Both brothers suitably responded. N.G. Bro. Smale acted as M.C., and musical items were supplied by Misses Marr, Nixon, Grant, and Mr D. McKie.
