Mr Borden introduced a Redistribution of Seats Bill, increasing western representation in the House of Commons Owing to largely increased population. Tho Eastern and maritime provinces will loso slightly. The Bill is not likely to alter the party complexion of the House of Commons, because while Manitoba and British Columbia are largely Conservative, Alberta and Saskatchewan will benefit the Liberals.
