Ho denied that Unionists wore sowing disloyalty in the Army, though it was true there was great anxiety, and many ioldiafs had sent in their commissions rathei 1 than fight against Ulster. Ho aSked if the defensive forces were so strong that tho Government was prepared to run this great risk. The Government should produce proposals *ithont delay. There was no justification for prolonging the terrible agony of the Irish peopfe.
