A deputation consisting of Messrs Steve Boreham, McLean, McAllan, and Montgomery, waited on the Ota go Harbour Board this afternoon to ask tho Board to consider the question of reinstating five men who had left tho Board.; 6ervire during the strike period rather than carry oat the instruction to erect barricades on the wharves. When they were ordered to put up the barricades, they asked for police protection, which was refused them.
