WAIKANAE YEARLING SALES.

(PEES 3 ASSOCTATION TELEGBASI.) "WELLINGTON, January 23. The annual eale of Mr lan Duncan'e. Waikanae yearlings took place tc-day. There was a good attendance of sportsmen, but bidding was very 'alow for the majority of tho draft. Fourteen lots were eubmitted, and they realised 1603 guineas, or an average of a little over 133} guineas each.
