Prebendary Webster urged the necessity of an alteration in presentday dress. He hardly knew what to do sometimes when he found himself m an omnibus opposite some Jady >wfco wore an open dress. It waa moat disturbing, and sowed the seeds of passion in men. It was not right that when walking through pubKo streets and riding in .publio conveyances, men should be exposed to those unseemly exposures.
