(By Cablt. —Press Association—Copyright) SOFIA, November 12., It ie setni-officially stated that Greeks at Saloma embarked eighty Bulgarian soldiers on the steamship Pelops under the pretence of" sending them to qiiarantine. On the way the prisoners were thrown overboard by order of Captain Lebeleis, and eleven others were killed after horrible tortures in. the presence of several passengers.
