Messrs William Wood and Co. had on theii* stand several of the well-known John Fowler and Co.'s make of compound road locomotives and compound traction engines. One of these was a Class B 7, with all the latest improvements, incuding springs hind and front, third speed road gear, "Trusty" mechanical lubricator, etc. Ono of the Class R was also shown, with springs hind and front, screwed stay tulies in boiler, hind road . wheels Oft 6in in diameter by 18in wide, and with a "Trusty" mechanical lubricator.
