FOREIGN PURCHASES IN LRELAND. (By Cable.—Pr_M* A«:ociation.—Copy.**rht.) LONDON, November 11. Greeco is making large purchases of cavalry horses in South-west Ireland to repair the losses due to tho war. English military men are protesting against this as likely to cause a shortago of horses for their own army.
