ANGLO-JAPANESE RELATIONS.
SPEECH BY THE JAPANESE AMBASSADOR. ("TißM*."-Sydney "Sun" Special Cable.) (Received November 12th, 6.20 p.m.) LONDON, November 11. Tho Japanese Ambassador, replying at tho Guildhall banquet on bohalf of the- Diplomatic Corps, said it was a source of much gratification to him to be ablo to announce that the relations between Great; Britain and Japan had never been moro satisfac- ; tory. It was scarcely necessary to assure Great Britain that Japan was deteimined to be ever loyal to tho compact, and he hoped tho alliance would continue to stand as a guarantee of peace, and be a means of cono_-_J.it-ing mutual material interests in tho Far East. -
