MEETINGS AND SOCIAL GATHERINGS.
A smoking concert was held at the Papanui Social Club on Tuerday, when Mr Jar_e_ Scott presided over an attendance of fiftytwo member!. Muejcal items were contributed by Messrs A. E. Drange, W. Sutherland. F. Hudson, It. Lawry, J. R. McC-I-krmgb, H. Burt, W. Brian, and G. E. Bailey. Refreahm-Dts" were set—ed, and a most p!e_sant evening was spent.
