MADAME NORDICA AND MR SHIPMAN.
(By Cible.—PreM Association.—Copyright.) ("Received November 11th, 6.55 p.m.) MELBOUILNE, November 11. Differences have arisen between Madam© Nordica, the famous singer, nnd Mr Fred. Shipman, her manager, resulting i v an cxc hango of writs. Mr Shipman U suing Madame Nordica for £3000 for alleged slander, and Madame Nordica has issued a writ claiming from Mr Shipman accounts for all moneys received and.disbursed during her concert tour, and for all advances made by plajatiff to defendant. A third writ has been issued by Mr l^ Pman f gabst Mr Ernest Romanic Simmons for alleged dander.
