DOMINION GOVERNORS.
CONNAUGHTS AS KINGS OF CANADA. A PRESS SUGGESTION. (By Cable,--Preee- Association.—Copyright.) OTTAWA* October 28. The Montreaii ''Daily Telegraph," discussing the ; proposal that Prince Arthur of Conaaught should be the next Governor-General, suggests that the Dukes, of Connaught should bo made hereditary Governors-General, thus founding a new dynasty and giving Canada virtually a king of its own. In this way a departure would be introduced which might mean that every Dominion would ultimately bo presided over by a separate branch of the Royal family.
