AN ABORTIVE COMMISSION.

The International Commission at Salonica, formed to enquiio into the outrages, has been abandoned, owing to Greece and Servia objecting to M. Milcnkoff and Mr Brailsford (Russian and British delegates respectively), on the ground that they favour Bulgaria.
