SYDNEY, Juno 6. Kato Siely, aged fourteon, was ' acquitted on a charge of murdering her father at Shollharbour on. March 6th.
Tho evidence disclosed a pathetic story of years of drunken ill-treatment of his wife and family by tho dead man. Tho gun with which tho fatal wound wan inflicted went off whilo tho girl was struggling to get it. from. her father after a threat to shoot tho whole family.
