VICTORIAN FACTORIES.
MELBOURNE, May 16. Tlio official reports show that tho number of factories in tho State at tho end of last year was 3203, an increase of 231. Tho hands employed were 92,582, an increase of -1232. Malo hands increased by 5,2 per cent, and female hands by 3 per cent.
