Tho Breeze, which arrived at Lyttolton yesterday morning from Tirnaru, esffored temporary delay owing to tho nttitudo taken Tip by tho waterside workers in refusing to work cargo at lior becauso of tho fact that tho boat had been loaded by free labour at Timaru. The secretary of tho WatcrBicie Workers' Union communicated with the executive of the Federation '.of''.Labour. A reply was' received favouring the loading of the vessel, and work was then started.
