ANTI-ALIEN BILL.
~ (Bj Cable.—Prese Association.—Copyright.) NEW YORK, May 1-1. Goremor Johnson has decided to sign the Anti-Alien Bill on the ground that the question gravely affects California. Both Houses of tho Legislature, ho points out, havo passed tho rnea&ure almost unanimously. The Bill, he, says, does nothing not done by i other States, and tho Legislature simply ' made tho existing Federal treaties part r of the State's laws.
