PEACE DELEGATES.
A SUPPORTER OF ARBITRATION. (By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright.) ' (Received Slay 13th, 9.35 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Slay 12. The Peace delegates to-day visited the President, Sir W. J. Bryan, and Sir Marshall, Speaker of the Houso of Representatives, and attended a banquet in the evening. Mr Marshall addressed the delegates, favouring arbitration in every difference hsely to arise between the nations.
