OBSTRUCTION NOTICED IN TISIE.

Scrap-iron and rocks wero piled on the track near Paterson, New Jersey, in an attempt to wreck tho Erie express. The driver of another train saw the obstruction in time to save the express. "Black Hand" letters notified tho company that an attempt .would bo made to wreck tbe train, in consequence of the employment of strike-breakers.
