MARCONI v. COMMONWEALTH.

(By Cable—Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received March 21st, 5.5 p.m.) MELBOURNE, March 20. The High Court granted the Marconi Company tho right to inspect the Commonwealth wireless stations in connection with their* action against the Commonwealth for alleged infringement of patent rights.

Mr Justice Isaacs demurred, on the ground that the granting of the order would abolish all secrecy, and would mean that guns and other war material could be inspected by anyone showing that a prima facie case of infringement had been made out.
