UNIVERSAL TRAINING.
A RECOMMENDATION. (By Cable—Press Association.—CopyrfekU (Roceivod March 21st, 5.5 p.tn.) LONDON, March 20. Tho Imperial Cadet Asßociation Conference, sitting at the Guildhall, recommended that tho Dominion's plan of universal training be adopted, also that the Army Council and education, authority jointly direct tho cadet movement, provide uniforms and serviceable weapons.
