ALLEGATIONS COMPLETELY WITHDRAWN.

(By Cable,—Press Association.—Copyright.) ■ LONDON, March 19. In the action brought by Mr Samuel, Postmaster-General, and Sir Rufus Isaacs, against tho Paris "Matin," for alleging that they trafficked in Marooni shares, plaintiffs denied the allegations. Sir Hufus Isaacs stated that he bought, in April, ten thousand shares in tho American Marconi Company, which was not financially interested in tho British company, and sold a thousand each to Mr A.ioyd Gcorgo and the Master of Elibank. He lost £1200 over tho deal, and tho others a few hundreds each.

Defendants made a complete withdrawal of the charges, and judgment was given for plaintiffs with costs.
