OPAWA v. RANGIORA. Rangiora made a capital start with a 4. Henderson equalised this with, a 3 and a 1. Jordan again camo off with n second 4, then Henderson replied -with a 5 nnd a 3. On the 7th head Rangiora got I—l 2to 9 in favour of Opawa. Opawa secured 3. Some. good play being- given by both teams. Jordan- took credit for 2, and tho following head a liko number went to Opawa. Each side then scored a single, Opawa scoring 2 on tho 14ih head—lß to 12 in favour of Opawa. Singles were then exchanged, followed by Jordan getting 3 and 1. Henderson replied with a 4, Rangiora scoring 2 and a 1 on tho last two heads, Opawa winning by 25 to 21.
