ST. ALBANS WARD.
Owing to the recent enlargement of its representation on tho City Council, the district of St. Albans at the forthcoming municipal election- will require to elect threo members. The sitting councillors, Messrs A. S. Taylor and A. Williams, will again be candidates, and, in addition. Mr T. Dent, who was the defentod candidate at tho last poll, will also offer himself for election.
