John Paul Farrell, a janitor, has been arrested on a charge of sending bombs through tho mails, killing a man and a woman with whom ho lodged. Ho confessed to a long series of murders, all consummated by means of bombs. He also killed his daughter ivith a bomb in 1912, and attempted to kill Judge Rosalsky, becauso ho sentenced a
criminal ivho was friendly towards Farrcll.
