Tho play is an adaptation from tho German by Victor Leon, who has placed the scenes of his story in Amsterdam. crisp and sparkling nature. The piece is in two acts. The first shows tho interior of the Divorce Court in Amsterdam, and is said to 1m? a replica of that chamber. The second takes place at the mansion of Karri van Buren, tho hero of the divorce proceedings.
