Joaquin Andreas Lancaster, a Lako Ellesmero fisherman, was charged •on three informations with committing unnatural offences.
The accused pleaded not guilty to each charijn, reserved liis defence, and ivas committed for trial at the next sittings of the Supreme Court in Christchurch. Bail was fixed, himself in .i'ICX), and one surety of £100, or two of £50. Bail was not forthcoming.
