LONDON, December 24. The Allies' conditions include the cession of all the territory westward of a xrint east of Rodosto to the Bay of Miilatra, excluding the Peninsula of Gallipoli, the cession of tho islands in tho iEeean Sea, and tho abandonment of tho Turkish rights to Crete. ' Tho Albanian question is to be left to tho Powers.
