Bradshaw, City Organist, at tho Grand Christmas Recital, to bo given in His Maj-csty's Theatre.on Sunday next, tho 22nd instant, commencing at 8."30 p.m.: 1. (a) Overture, (b) Pastoral Symphony from "The Messiah" (Handel). 2. Chorus from "Tne Childhood of Christ" (Berlioz). 3. The March of the Magi Kings (Dubois). 4. Chorus, "For Unto Us a Child is Born," from "The Messiah" (Handel). 5. Pastorale in E Major (Lemaro). 6. Offertoire upon two Christmas Themes, Normandy Carol and "Adeste Fideles" (Guilmant). 7. Grand Fantasia in 15 Minor "Tho Storm" (Lrmmcns). 8. Sacred song, "Nazireth" (Gounod). This will be the last recital of the present series, as the organ is to be dismantled to enable further additions and improvements to bo made. The City Council hopes to bo able to recommence the Sunday evening recitals early in February.
