A HOPEFUL FEELING. BERLIN, November 26. Prince Henry of Prussia visits England next week. A more hopeful feeling is prevalentThe Kaiser has induced Austria to consent to a conference on the Adriatic and Albanian questions. The Embassies in London* deprecate pessimism, although the situation is difficult. Tlie Powers aro working together for peace, and consider the war criminal and insane, and that nobody wants it. England has done much to unite the Powers, who endorso her attitude.
RUSSIAN HOSTILITY DENIED.
ST. PETERSBURG, November 26
The Minister for Foreign Affairs states that the reports published in tho "Neuesto Nachrichten" and "Frankfurter Zeitung," in reference to Russia's alleged hostile intentions towards her ne ; ghbouring States and her military preparation*, are entirely untrue. (Received November 27th, 10.35 p.m.) Indignation is growing at tho alleged lack of virility in upholding Russia's military dignity, and the constant denials of military precautions have given an impression'of pusillanimity. The police aro stopping demonstrations in favour of tho Balkan Allies.
TURKISH ITEMS
THE YOUNG TURKS.
LONDON, November 26. Four hundred Young Turks have been exiled to Konish. The police are searching for a member of the Committee of Union and Progress who undertook to assassinate the Sultan and other prominent persons.
