THE MIDLAND RAILWAY.
(SPECIAL TO "THE PRESS.") DUNEDIN, November 25. The "Otago Daily Times" says:—"lt will be throwing good money after bad to complete the Midland Railway, and for that reason the desirability of taking every precaution -to avoid expenditure that may lead merely to a "dead end" should the more strongly appeal to the Administration and to tho public."
