THE NEW HEBRIDES.

DUAL CONTROL CONDEMNED,

United Press Association— By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright.

SYDNEY, November 25

Dt. Crombie, a medical missionary, says that the New Hebrides Islands aro hampered through being under dual control. At tho present timo six different Courts aro in operation. Ho considers there is a much better feeling between tbo French and British than tnero was a few years ago. Th© French seem to bo trying to enforce tho law against breaches of tho regutions; and are doing what they can to carry it out. The Islands, however, will never, in Dr. Crombto's opinion, do any good, commercially or otherwise, until they aro under one Government.
