There w«s no fighting at Tchataldcha on Saturday. The Bulgarian Plenipotentiaries arrivo to-day. Additional delegates hnvo been appointed to consider tho proposals for an armistice. BERLIN, November 34. Tho Bulgarian offer of more acceptablp terms is believed to bo due to there having been 100,000 casualties out of 300,000 men at the front, and to the fnct that already youths of sixteen arc bejng called to the colours.
A PRELIMINARY CONFERENCE.
(Received November 26th,12.25 CONSTANTINOPLE, November 25. Nazim Pasha had a preliminary meeting with M. Savoff near Tchataldcha. Tho other Ottoman delegates are Izzet, Osmani Hadi, Reshid and Nazami Pashas. The last-named is the Turkish Ambassador at Berlin.

SOFIA, November 25. The Greek Minister and his Military Attache will represent Greece in tho negotiations, whilo Bulgaria represents Servia and Montenegro.

AT TCHATALDCHA
TURKISH REINFORCEMENTS. A PESSIMISTIC REPORT. (Received November 25th, 11.25 p.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, November 25. Skirmishing is continuous at Tohataldcha. Tho Turks lost seven hundred men last week, mostly from Bchrapnel wounds. Tho torpedoing of tho Hamidieb provod a severe handicap. Tho firo of tho' other warships was not effective in stooping tho Bulgarian advance. Tho Mesudieh is replacing tho Hamidieb. Ten thousand reservists are .preparing a second position between Tchataldcha and the capital, Tho Turks have reinforced Nallipoli, anticipating an attack on tho Dardanelles. Correspondents report largo arrivals of troops at Tohataldcha from Syria. Many heavy fortress guns have been cent to the front from tha Dardanelles. The respite sinco Luleh Burgas has enabled the troops to recover their morale. ■' k Faud Pasha has presented a pessimistic roport to the Government, upon tho.state of the army at Tchataldcha. Tho resistance, ho says, is likely to bo ehort-lived if tho Bulgarians force the lines. Tho fate of the capital will then be sealed.
THE HAMADIEH INCIDENT.
(Received Novembor 26fch, 12.25 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, Novembor 25. Four Bulgarian torpedo-boats eluded the Turkish destroyer blockading Bourgas, and caught the Hamidieh napping fifteen miles off Varna. Tho forward bulkheads alone prevented tho Hamidieh from sinking.

GUN CAPTURES. BELGRADE, November 24. Tho guns captured by tho Servians at Monastir include ton which the Greeks had previously lost to Turkey.
OCHRIDA CAPTURED
THE ESCAPE OF PASHAS FROM MONASTIR. (Received November 25th, 10.45 p.m.) BELGRADE, November 25. Tho Servians captured Ochrida. Official accounts of the surrender of Monastir show that Zekki Pasha and Dwavid Pasha escaped disguised as privates. Fethy Pasha ordered a Turkish officer to shoot him. Tho officer afterwards committed suicide.
THE ADRIATIC PORT.
THE TERRITORY WANTED BY SERVIA. (Received November 26th, 12.25 a.m.) BELGRADE, November 25. M. Passics states it is essential that Servia shall havo a free passage to tho Adriatic, and claims tho territory between a lino from Durazzo and Lako Ochrida in the south, and Alessio and Djakova in the north.
