DEAR MEAT.
THE GERMAN CONCESSIONS.
United Press Association—By Electric Te_eg_aph—Copyright. BERLIN, September 30. Herr Liebnecht, while heading a procession of 2000 people through Hasenfelds, protesting against dear meat, was arrested for refusing to disperse the gathering, but was afterwards released. Agrarian organs loudly protest that the new Concessions Bill enables local authorities to import frozen mutton, equally with fresh meat, but frozen beef is excluded.
