OUTRAGES IN SAMOS.
TURKISH TROOPS' ATROCITIES.
ATHENS, September 30. An Italian ship endeavoured to prevent the Turks from landing troops at Samos. A French cruiser informed the Italian commander that Italy was not entitled to interfere with Samos. The Samons resisted the Landing of tho troops and killed several Turks. The Turkish, soldiers outraged two Samon girls, after murdering their father. It is also reported that Bashi-Bazouks outraged a number of women, and committed other atrocities at Karadaverni, in Epirus. The inhabitants were surrounded, and the villages thrown into a state of panic. The Porte has agreed to punish the assailants of a Greek steamer at Samos.
