BULGARIA FORCED TO TAKE PROTECTIVE MEASURES. SOFIA, September 30. It is officially stated that owing to considerable Turkish concentration at Adrianople and on the frontier, Bulgaria will bo compelled to issue a( mobilisation order to meet eventualities.
