CONFLICTING STATEMENTS.
REPORTED SERVIAN ULTIMATUM. (Received October Ist, 11.10 p.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, October 1. The Servian Minister has requested tho Port© to decide within hours whether it will sanction tho passago of tho detained ammunition or return it to France. Failing a satisfactory reply the Minister will quit Constantinople. Tho Foreign Minister, however, denies having received an ultimatum from either Bulgaria or Servia, or jointly.
