MEN JOINING THE COLOURS.
CROWDS WANT WAR. (Received October Ist, 9.55 p.m.) BELGRADE, October 1. The railway stations are crowded with men journeying to join the colours. Tho city is intensely excited. Crowds walk the streets singing patriotic songs and cheering the Government. Several thousand people assembled in front of the British Legation calling for war. The Government will prevent the transport of five Turkish aeroplanes ond a number of horses. A communique to tho Press complains of Turkey detaining ammunition, mobilising her army, and ordering manoeuvres in Old Servia, along tho Servian frontier, thereby endangering Servia's territory.
